Steven C. Caiazza
Steven is a senior manager with over six years of experience in the valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support fields.
He has extensive experience preparing valuation studies of privately held business enterprises, professional licenses, advanced academic degrees, enhanced earnings capacities, and stock options for various circumstances, including matrimonial proceedings and litigation. Steven has analyzed lost profits and extra expenses for businesses that have experienced an interruption, as well as the analysis of lost earnings and substitute wages for self-employed individuals involved in automobile accidents.
In addition, he has earned the designation Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Steven graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in SUNY Albany’s financial analyst honors program. This rigorous honors program provides students with individual mentorship and training to develop a successful financial analysis and investment career. Steven currently manages some of the firm’s most complex and technical valuation engagements.
