ALBANY, NY – October 21, 2020 – BST & Co. today announced a series of new appointments and promotions within several departments at the financial and management consulting firm.

Managing Partner Ron Guzior. “Each of these professionals has a unique skillset that will prove to be a tremendous asset to both our firm and the clients we work with on a daily basis.”
The appointments include positions in the following departments:
Audit and Accounting
- Trevor Carroll, Associate
Carroll is responsible for providing assistance to engagement team members on audit and other attest engagements. He also performs testing procedures and prepares electronic work papers in accordance with engagement plans. Carroll was promoted to this position following a two-year internship with BST & Co. He is a graduate of Siena College with a master’s degree in accounting.
- Evan Lieberman, Associate
Lieberman is responsible for providing assistance to engagement team members on audit and other attest engagements. He also performs testing procedures and prepares electronic work papers in accordance with engagement plans. Lieberman holds both a master’s degree in forensic accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University at Albany.
Tax
- Lauren Clark, Senior Associate
Clark assists with all aspects of income tax compliance, including federal and state tax, as well as tax planning activities for businesses and individuals. Before joining BST & Co, Clark served as senior tax accountant at a global audit, accounting and consulting group. She is a graduate of the University at Albany with a master’s degree in accounting.
- Cris Malizia, Manager
Malizia directs a variety of tax compliance and consulting services for a diverse clientele. Malizia has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and graduated from Mackenzie University in Brazil with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
- Jess Rushlow, Client Experience Coordinator
In her position, Rushlow ensures a consistent and smooth-running client experience from first contact through project completion and ongoing support. Rushlow brings more than 10 years of office management and administrative experience to BST.
Virtual Accounting Solutions
- Andi DeLancy, Accounting Specialist
DeLancy is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping activities of clients, including general oversight of accounting systems and financial reporting. DeLancy holds a master’s degree in accounting from Siena College and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University at Albany.
