Workplace Flexibility

Remote and Hybrid Work

The clients’ job must be done right and on time, but we trust you with the particulars of where and when you work. Flexibility is linked to role with some entirely remote, hybrid, or in the office.

Summer Hours

Who doesn’t like summer Fridays? BST offices are closed at 1:00 P.M. on Fridays starting the Friday before Memorial Day up to and including the Friday before Labor Day.

Unlimited Paid Time Off for Exempt Employees

BST wants you to provide you with the time off you need to care for yourself and your loved ones while trusting you to get your job done and effectively serve clients. BST’s MyTime Policy empowers you to take the time off you need when you need it - to relax and rejuvenate or for personal business or appointments.

Paid and Floating Holidays

BST’s paid holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, and Christmas. Employees are able to choose an additional two floating holidays.

Dress for your Day

We recognize that there may be days where you do not have client or other professional commitments and thereby would enjoy dressing more casually while you work. Other days, you know you are in client appointments or attending meetings, and so you want to look your best. We encourage you to Dress for the Day, supported by the guidelines in our employee handbook.
